Retreat Overview:
The Dream Big Darling Leadership Retreat is a multi-day experience featuring notable speakers, workshops, adventure, networking and more—all with the goal of fostering professional development and career opportunities in the wine and spirits industry. The intent is to make a difference for qualified women seeking professional direction, inspiration and insight. The retreat will be an intimate group (30-40 attendees) geared towards one on one interaction and small group activities.
The curriculum is geared toward applicants who have 4-7 years of industry experience and have been tagged as “high performers” and are interested in learning about different areas of the industry which will give them a broader perspective and allow faster advancement.
Attendees will have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded souls from several industry aspects as well and some of the brightest minds from inside and outside of our industry. The content diversity will allow attendees to explore alternative career pathways while expanding their personal network.
All events will take place on the legendary community of Parkfield California located 30 minutes east of Paso Robles Wine Country. The Parkfield Community sits in the heart of the V6 Ranch a privately owned ranch, where many of the activities will be held. More information can be found at www.v6ranch.com.
Additional Retreat Activities: Hiking, yoga, horseback riding & concert
Location: 30 minutes east of the Paso Robles wine country on California’s Central Coast. Legendary V6 Ranch which is a working cattle and dude ranch.
Accommodations: Historic Parkfield Lodge and Horse Camp

Who Should Apply?
Rising female talent in the wine or spirits industry. Women who are considered VERY high performers, aimed at leadership positions or interested in career development opportunities. 5 years of industry experience is preferred. Applicants should be interested in gaining additional business and leadership knowledge and the desire to connect with other industry leaders and key performers. All applicants must be female and willing to participate in all retreat activities.

SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE : A limited number of FULL and Partial scholarships will be awarded to qualified candidates. If you wish to be considered please outline why you believe you are the best candidate.
Experience Includes: 2.5 day Leadership experience including all activities, food, drinks, and accommodations.
Lodging: Accommodations will be shared by 2 guests per room.
Airfare : Not included
Experience Value : $5,000 per person
Administrative Fee: Selected applicants will be responsible for a $200 administrative fee. ** _
