You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, playing a key role in driving our success through diverse business strategies, including large-scale event coordination, print shop, and order fulfillment processes, and supporting the development of operational procedures. Each intern will gain hands-on experience across a range of business functions, including event management, and have the chance to collaborate with various departments throughout the company. This is a unique opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of operations while contributing to the success of EVEXIAS. Reports to Director of Operations This is an on-site Internship in Southlake, TX What We Offer: • Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing, cutting-edge company • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Professional growth and development opportunities • Interact directly with our company C-Suite leaders to discuss strategy and the future of EVEXIAS Health Solutions Internship Details: • 17-week Internship Experience: January 9, 2025 through May 8, 2025 • Working Hours: Flexible to your school schedule, Monday through Friday on-site in Southlake, TX • Mandatory Fridays for Training Events which will begin at 6 am and end at approximately 9 pm: 1/17/2025, 2/21/2025, 3/28/2025, 5/2/2025 • Scheduled hours will be determined based on the time when the most help is needed, often this is from 6 am-9 am • Build a lasting professional network through business events and engaging activities • Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in business operations • A stipend of $3,000 upon the completion of the Internship Responsibilities: Event Planning and Management: • Assist in the preparation and coordination of training conferences, ensuring all event details are organized and executed flawlessly • Support management of event logistics, including attendee registration, coordination of schedules, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event • Provide logistical support to the training team, ensuring all aspects of the conference run efficiently and seamlessly • Contribute to delivering an exceptional attendee experience by warmly welcoming participants and ensuring their training experience exceeds expectations Process Improvements: • Support the development of standard operating procedures • Assist with increasing process efficiencies General Operations: • Learn the systems used by the Operations team members and assist team members when appropriate • Support print shop and order fulfillment activities by learning functions and executing them as needed Qualifications: • Current Student enrolled in Business, Hospitality/Event Management or related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $3,000
