What are we looking for?
AMCL is looking to recruit undergraduates into our team as Junior Infrastructure Asset Management Consultants. The role will support the delivery of a variety of consultancy projects for high profile infrastructure organizations across the transit, power and government sectors. The role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of projects including data analytics, EAM system support, business capability improvement, digital advisory, and asset investment planning.
You will be joining a high-performing team of infrastructure asset management professionals and will be able to contribute to the development of the cutting-edge approaches and services that AMCL delivers to clients globally.
Role Summary
The Intern role introduces technical, professional and personal skills that you will gain from working at AMCL. The main purpose of this role is to ensure that you are progressing within a learning environment, developing your capabilities and ensuring that you have the requisite attributes as you move through your career towards being a full-time Consultant once you have completed your undergraduate degree. Skills development will be delivered through both on-the-job training as well as AMCL’s bespoke Asset Management learning and development program (AMCL University). SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

The salary range for this full-time internship role is $20/hr-$25/hr. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
