    Internship Overview

    We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our Human Resources (HR) Internship program for the summer of 2025. As an HR intern at Unilever, you will gain comprehensive experience in various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, and HR operations. You will work closely with our HR professionals to support key initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the HR function.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Participate in campus recruitment events and career fairs.
    • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and initiatives. Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback to improve workplace culture.
    • Learning and Development: Help organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops. Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
    • HR Operations: Provide support in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing HR transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Project Management: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing research, analysis, and recommendations to support HR strategies and objectives.
    • Data Analysis: Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights that can inform HR decision-making and strategy.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for human resources and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
