Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Generate invoices
• Billing
• Reviewing customers credit history to determine payment plan eligibility
• Processing credit card transactions via phone
• Creating accounts receivable reports, aging reports, balance sheets and financial forecasting 30/60/90 days
• Contacting customers for collections
• Creating ways to accept payment on late invoices and or putting them into collections.
• Compute and record numerical data
• Verifying payments and creating accurate postings.
• Accounts payable
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Reconcile various expenses
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborating with other internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations..
• Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of general ledger functions, month/year end closing procedures, and financial statement management is a plus.
• Wage will be determined on experience.
