The 25madison platform includes team members from a diverse set of companies like Flatiron Health, Snap, Lyft, LinkedIn, Google, Goldman Sachs, and Daily Harvest, but we share a common background as builders and operators with a drive to help entrepreneurs move fast and build transformative companies. Our in-house expertise spans product research, product design, software development, business development and strategy, acquisition marketing, brand marketing, finance, legal, operations, and more.

    The Role:

    As an Associate at 25m Evolve, you will be at the forefront of identifying and developing innovative AI-native software applications. With a background in Product Management (2-3 years of experience), B2B startups, or Management Consulting, you will bring critical insights and a strategic approach to our incubation process. This role is ideal for a dynamic and innovative thinker passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world business problems.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ideation: Collaborate with the 25m Evolve team to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for AI-native applications. Leverage your background to ensure ideas are feasible and market-driven.

    • Collaboration with PE-Owned Companies: Work closely with companies within and beyond the Apollo Global Management PE portfolio to identify specific pain points and operational challenges. Craft solutions that address these issues – from cost-cutting to driving growth.

    • Project Management: Take an active role in managing projects from conception to launch, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved.

    • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to validate ideas and ensure product-market fit. Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements in the AI and application software space.

    • Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage with promising startups and entrepreneurs in the AI space. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects and partnerships.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including partners, entrepreneurs, and team members, to ensure alignment and foster collaborative relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of experience in B2B startups, Management Consulting, or Product Management, preferably with exposure to technology and AI-driven projects.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of leading projects to successful completion.
    • Passion for innovation and technology, with a keen interest in AI and its application in solving business challenges.
    • Academic background in Computer Science or another STEM field is preferred.

    Salary:

    Target Annual Base Salary Range: $80,000-120,000. Final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience, knowledge, and skills. The salary reflected does not include equity, annual discretionary bonus, or other benefits offered by the Company, as applicable.
