    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Accounting duties, including but not limited to:
      • Enforcement of all Production Accounting guidelines/procedures as outlined in the studio manual.
      • Accurately and timely file all financial transactions into Scenechronize, including payroll, accounts payable (AP), journal entries, distribution changes, and purchase cards.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within Scenechronize.
      • Utilize Kissflow to ensure proper approvals for all relevant transactions.
      • Monitor the progress of approval requests and follow up on any outstanding approvals.
      • Audit and code purchase card (Cashet) envelopes for accuracy and compliance.
      • Audit and code expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
      • Provide various miscellaneous Accounting Support.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Requirements :

    • Minimum of 1 years of experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network).
    • Prior experience using VISTA and Scenechronize accounting software preferred.
    • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational and detail-oriented skills mandatory.
    • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to adhere to all reporting deadlines.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external personnel at show, corporate and vendor level.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

    • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.     • The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours. Hours over 40 hrs/wk will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
