With ransomware and insider threats on the rise, this platform is solving some of the most urgent challenges in enterprise security.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a backfill leadership role (previous RSD promoted) and scale a proven territory with an exceptional product, proven market fit, and deep investment in R&D. The company has grown 30% YoY, maintains a partner-driven sales model (Optiv, Splunk, LogRhythm, etc.), and is known for promoting from within.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 sales reps focused on enterprise accounts across the Southeast.
Own forecasting, strategy, and execution to drive pipeline velocity and consistent quota attainment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and partner teams to optimize performance.
Serve as a hands-on leader—focused equally on coaching and closing.
Travel ~30% within the region.
Who You Are:
A current first-line sales leader in the security software space.
Experience in mid-sized or emerging companies preferred—this is not a fit for big tech pedigrees.
You’ve built and led successful sales teams with a strong track record of hitting goals.
Skilled in consultative, solution-based sales and experienced working with IT buyers.
Comfortable operating in high-growth, agile environments.
Target Backgrounds: Fortinet, SailPoint, Netwrix, or similar.
