- $315K at plan comp package: $170k base salary with an additional $145k in commissions at plan

WHAT EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- ideal candidate will have relationships with IR doctors from years of selling devices to that market
- can also consider high level device reps who have experience selling in an interventional call point (IR, IC, Endovascular, Vascular, Neurovascular)
- Strong preference for experience working in launching new technology/disruptive tech
- Reps who enjoy building the market, growing a new market
- must have a high motor and want to hunt business; this is not a farmer's position, the company is in hyper-growth mode.
