3D Printing Technician Primary Responsibilities:

Hands-On 3D Printing Operation, Perform Post-Processing & Inspection Tasks, conduct routine PM's

Production planning and tracking as needed to meet quality and on-time delivery targets.

Laser Scanning for Part Inspection and Part Duplication.

Safety, Quality, Efficiency.

Team Collaboration.

Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience requirements

Self motivated and enthusiastic about contributing to the success of our business and our customers, with the ability to multitask, perform hands-on production tasks, and adapt to changing business and industry requirements.

Technical knowledge and experience in manufacturing: ideally 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing.

Prefer additional related experience such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Product Design, Assembly, Machining, Metal Fabrication, Part Count Reduction, and Manufacturing Aids/tooling.

Prefer Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, or similar discipline.

Ideally 3D CAD Modeling Software expertise, such as SolidWorks; Technical knowledge in 3D laser scanning and metrology.

Min 2-5 years of experience in Manufacturing and/or 3D Printing Operations.

Must be a US-Person.
