Job Summary
As Westin Fulfillment expands its 3PL capabilities, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead the launch of our 3PL business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities, identifying and engaging potential clients, and negotiating and closing deals.
Your mission will be to help prospective clients understand the value of our 3PL solutions and demonstrate how our services can optimize their supply chain operations, ultimately contributing to the success of our 3PL initiatives.
How You Will Contribute
Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities across industries such as e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
Utilize a mix of outbound strategies (cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking) and inbound lead follow-up to build a strong sales pipeline within the 3PL market.
Leverage referrals and industry networks to drive high-quality leads and expand market reach.
Lead Qualification
Assess inbound leads to evaluate their needs, ensuring they align with our 3PL solutions and meet sales criteria before advancing through the sales process.
Appointment Setting & Sales Engagement
Schedule and lead meetings, effectively articulating the value of our 3PL services and positioning the Company’s value proposition to potential clients.
Sales Support & Client Engagement
Facilitate smooth lead transitions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
Develop compelling client presentations, prepare RFPs and RFQs, and assist in nurturing long-term customer relationships.
Account Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Manage client accounts, working closely with the Operations team to meet customer requirements, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategic Development
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Analyze market data to anticipate demand shifts and proactively align strategies with business development goals.
Participate in industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to enhance market knowledge and elevate the Company’s brand presence.
Strategic Sales Planning
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, quotas, and market expansion objectives.
Master complex B2B sales processes, aligning solutions with customer needs to foster long-term partnerships.
Work cross-functionally to ensure sales strategies align with overall Company goals.
Metrics & Performance Tracking
Meet or exceed sales targets, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in outside sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A positive attitude and ability to be persistent
Pay -This is a commission based role as a 1099 contractor. This position is not a full-time position. You can work on your own time and earn commission off the sales you had made for our company.
