Confidential Company – Warehouse Manager (3PL Distribution)

We are a fast-growing 3PL distribution company looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and grow with us. This role is perfect for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, jump in when needed, and lead by example. We're seeking a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about training teams, optimizing processes, and hitting performance targets.

What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all functions

Lead by example—step in to assist with tasks when needed and model best practices for the team

Develop, coach, and mentor warehouse staff with a strong focus on continuous training and performance improvement

Establish, track, and report on KPIs related to productivity, accuracy, safety, and inventory control

Oversee receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that boost speed, reduce errors, and support scalability

Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, purchasing, and leadership teams to meet company goals

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL environment

A natural leader who enjoys being on the floor, actively engaged with the team

Strong understanding of warehouse systems, inventory control, and operational KPIs

Skilled in training and developing staff to achieve individual and team goals

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and highly dependable

Comfortable working in a fast-moving, physically active environment

Forklift experience and certification is a plus

Work Environment:

This position operates in a distribution center with variable indoor and outdoor conditions. Must be able to lift and move materials and be comfortable working around warehouse equipment.
