    Job Summary

    We are seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable/Payroll Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage the company’s bills and ensure all invoices are paid in a timely manner. Responsibilities will include receiving and preparing accounts payable invoices, handling expense reports, process payroll and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, computer savvy, and has a strong understanding of accounting, payments, and budgets.

    Responsibilities

    Reconciling credit card and bank statements.

    Maintaining accurate general ledger journal entries.

    Process payroll accurately and on time, handle payroll-related inquiries, and maintain payroll records.

    Preparing accounts payable invoices.

    Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy, and ensuring timely payments.

    Process construction pre-liens, mechanic liens, lien releases.

    Providing support for audits.

    Collaborating with other departments to handle account issues.

    Preparing expense reports.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

    Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software.

    Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

    Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.

    Excellent problem-solving and research skills.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Spanish/English speaking.

    Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

    Previous experience in human resources, payroll, and accounts payable.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
