POSITION SUMMARY:

Leading IT Services Provider has an immediate position available for a Customer-Service oriented Senior Technical Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience across Hypervisor, Data Backup, NAS/SAN storage, Network Architecture, IT Security, Microsoft 365 Business Premium Support, Active Directory, Windows/Linux Server Administration, and Voice & Network Communications. The candidate must be highly skilled at Service Desk, Project Management, Hands-on Leadership, Team Building, and System Integration.

DESIRED SKILLS:

· Service Desk Management/ITIL Foundation v3/4

· Microsoft Windows (Desktop/Server)

· Hypervisor Technologies

· Telecommunications/LAN/WAN Architecture

· Microsoft Platform Systems • Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, RDS/Session Host Management

· Microsoft 365/Azure • Use knowledge of identity and access management in on-premises and cloud solutions inclusive of Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and third-party identity providers

· Data Backup and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity

· Network Configuration/Security • TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, DCHP, VLANS, VPN, DNS, SD-WAN

· Computer Systems Deployment • Install and upgrade computer components, software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes

· Professional Development Mentor

· Work experience at a Managed Service Provider

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

· Microsoft Certified (Preferred): Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Professional

· IT Certifications: MCSA/MSCE, Project+, Network+, A+, Security+
