Position Summary: Responsible for processing orders, working with the team, and maintaining the pharmacy work area and equipment. This is an on-site position in Conway, AR. Schedule is Monday through Friday Responsibilities: Major Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Comply with all applicable federal and state pharmacy laws • Interact politely and effectively with patients, practitioners, and others • Perform duties in compliance with SOPs and best practices, including as directed and appropriate • Contact patients regarding medical information, their prescriptions, and the need for refills • Input patient and prescription information subject to pharmacist supervision and checking in compliance with state pharmacy law • Create and/or print documents such as master formulation records, compounding records, labels, and shipping documents subject to pharmacist supervision and checking in compliance with state pharmacy law • Perform sterile compounding duties in compliance with USP 797 and Perform non-sterile compounding duties in compliance with USP 795 • Compound preparations accurately and efficiently • Clean and maintain the compounding environment and equipment • Check the records or compounded products of others • Prepare completed products for dispensing or shipment Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: • Certified technician in good standing in the state in which the pharmacy is located • Experience with Compounding • Experience with Shipping Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation: $18 - $23 hourly
