    Full-Time We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled 503A Staff Pharmacist to join our team at FarmaKeio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and compliant compounding of medications in accordance with state and federal regulations, including FDA guidelines for 503A pharmacies. This role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of pharmacology, and a commitment to providing the highest quality patient care. This is an on-site role in Conway, AR - Monday through Friday. Compensation is DOE Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Must currently hold pharmacist licenses in several additional states • Maintain professional competence for all duties performed • Comply with all applicable federal and state pharmacy laws • Receive and reduce writing verbal prescription orders • Perform duties in compliance with SOPs and best practices • Interpret, and clarify with the prescribing practitioner as necessary, prescription orders • Input patient and prescription information and/or supervise such work as performed by others • Create, print, and/or check documents such as prescriptions, master formulation records, compounding records, labels, and shipping documents • Offer information and advice as appropriate to prescribers, other healthcare professionals, and other employees • Create and/or check for accuracy and safety prescription, compounding, and shipment paperwork • Perform in-process and final checks of compounded products • Ensure the quality and safety of dispensed compounded products and supplies • Directly supervise technicians and other employees involved in day-to-day pharmacy operations and compounding activities • Counsel and advise patients and caregivers concerning dispensed prescriptions • Interact politely and effectively with patients, practitioners, and others • Perform as needed all duties of pharmacy technicians • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Assure prompt and positive action on all questions, concerns, and suggestions • Manage, train, and provide feedback to new and existing staff members • Manage updates, edits, reviews, and additions to procedure documentation • Provide suggestions to improve customer service, company systems, or processes • Learn and be a demonstration of our Core Values and utilize our Operational Guidelines in everyday communication and decision-making Qualifications: • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist in good standing in the state of Arkansas • Must have firsthand experience with accurately and efficiently preparing non-sterile and sterile compounding i.e. creams/capsules/lozenges/injections. Note: supportive documentation of prior experience if applicable will be required • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily and be adept at multi-tasking. They must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills. An exceptional customer service orientation is a must!
