Responsibilities: • Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness for patients. • Compound and dispense medications following regulatory guidelines and patient-specific instructions. • Provide consultation to healthcare professionals and patients on medication usage and potential side effects. • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of medication orders and dispensing activities. • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations. Qualifications: • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy from an accredited U.S. College of Pharmacy. • Must hold a current pharmacist license in the state of Texas. • Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as required to meet state-specific regulatory obligations. • At least 2 years of experience in a compounding pharmacy environment, preferably within a 503A or 503B regulated setting. • Proven verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, practitioners, and team members. • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships and ensure patient satisfaction. • Familiarity with FDA regulations, USP standards, and cGMP principles is highly preferred.
