    612North Event Space + Catering is seeking Banquet Team Members to Set-Up, Breakdown, and Prep for all events both onsite and offsite. This is a part-time position.     Schedule: Part-time, Weekdays, Evenings, Weekends, Third-Shift (Based on event schedule)

    Heavy emphasis on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for Event Breakdown (8PM-2AM)

    Duties:

    Responsible for checking in with the Manager on Duty for instructions of the Banquet Event you are assigned to

    Reading of the Run of Show (ROS) and room layouts for proper room set-up

    Event setups and breakdowns involve: lifting and placing tables and chairs from racks and setting up multiple rooms per the given layout, laying linens, and setting tables following banquet standards

    Bussing, clearing tables, discarding of waste as needed

    Trash pick up/disposal, disinfecting all surfaces, thorough cleaning of restrooms

    Floor Care - including buffing, daily mopping, and other upkeep as needed

    Restroom Cleaning and Sanitation of fixtures; partitions; floors; changing out paper products

    Dust mopping, dusting, cleaning windows and glass, empty trash, dispose of all emptied alcohol waste from the bar, etc

    Stocking supplies in all cleaning areas

    Properly moving and storing equipment while following safety regulations

    Other duties as assigned by your Manager on Duty

    Applicant should:

    Have reliable transportation to and from all event locations during all scheduled shifts, including third-shift hours

    Be customer service oriented, able to converse with administration, faculty, parents and visitors

    Have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and understand that this job requires heavy lifting and is laborious

    Come well dressed in uniform and on time to scheduled shifts

    Have their own transportation that is available post 12AM for the 3rd shifts

    Demonstrate steady employment history to be considered

    Be dependable and work well with others as this is a team oriented environment

    Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
