As a Transportation Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient transportation of passengers to and from airports, hotels, and other locations. You will lead a team of transportation coordinators and drivers, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of transportation coordinators and drivers responsible for transporting passengers.

Coordinate crew transportation schedules to ensure on-time arrival and departure for flights.

Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during transportation activities.

Address any issues or concerns related to transportation promptly and effectively.

Maintain open communication with your clients to address their transportation needs and preferences.

Collaborate with other departments, such as scheduling and operations, to coordinate transportation logistics.

Monitor transportation performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to enhance service quality.

Conduct regular training sessions for transportation team members on safety procedures and customer service standards.

Requirements:

3+ years of similar experience.

Proven experience in transportation management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.

Knowledge of aviation regulations, airport operations, and crew scheduling procedures.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Proficiency in transportation management software and Google Workspace.
