    Job Description

    ABOUT: 9 Silver is seeking an efficient property acquisitions specialist to acquire new properties, oversee the daily operations of existing properties, and serve as the main point of contact for landlords. The specialist’s responsibilities include handling financial matters, coordinating maintenance work, ensuring timely payments, and preparing reports.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Prepare and manage budgets
    • Source new property acquisitions
    • Negotiate lease agreements
    • Address landlord complaints
    • Coordinating repairs and maintenance work
    • Pay rent and handle operating expenses
    • Maintain records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc
    • Prepare reports on the financial performance of properties

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience as a property manager or in a similar role
    • Working knowledge of property regulations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Understanding of marketing and accounting principles
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Good customer service skills
    • High school diploma/GED. Degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred
