Job Title: In-Home Clinician - LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC
Location: In client's homes after school hours and on weekends.
Position Type: 20-plus hours a week in-person within clients homes.
Salary: $80 - $90per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team, collaborating closely with a diverse group of professionals in a supportive, innovative, and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and more.
Maintain accurate, confidential records of client sessions and progress in line with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
Offer support and resources to clients through in-person therapy within the clients home.
Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, seek guidance, and contribute to professional development.
Provide crisis intervention and create personalized treatment plans for clients.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with mental health trends and therapeutic techniques.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensed to practice as a therapist in NJ (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on empathetic and clear client interactions.
Ability to integrate technology into therapeutic practice in a thoughtful and ethical manner.
Passion for making a meaningful impact on mental health and well-being.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management.
Training in or willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and make your own consistency schedule.
