    Job Description

    THIS JOB IS NOT REMOTE- WILL BECOME HYBRID AFTER TRAINING Answering calls from patients and providers for medical and dental benefits and plans. Computer skills, communication skills and problem solving are a must for this position. Knowledge of ICD10 and CPT codes along with insurance forms is desired. Medical/dental terminology are a must. Must have prior experience. The desire to address all customer's needs, enjoy problem solving. Able to work in a cubicle setting for a 7.5-hour shift. Mon-Fri. 8:30 - 5:00.
