A-Line Staffing is now hiring for an Accountant. The Accountant would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Accountant Compensation

• The pay for this position is 30.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Accountant Responsibilities

• Accounting experience
• Great Plains/Sales Force experience preferred
• Associate degree in accounting, analytics, math, or related field with up to 3 years of experience with accounts receivable activities
• The Accounting Specialist with a focus on our service invoicing, the role will oversee a variety of processes centered on customer experience. Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a collaborative team environment are skills that will support a high level of success in this position.
• In lieu of degree, 3 or more years of experience with accounts receivable activities

Accountant Requirements

3+ years of accounting experience with Accounts Receiveable experience
Preffered Great Plains and Sales force
Customer facing role High volume
Expect 10-20 calls per day lasting 17 minutes long or 60 -70 emails per day
Basic excel skills
Strong communication skills and writting ability
Associates degree or 3-4 years of accounting experience required
3 days on site
