    Job Description

    A-LINE STAFFING IS NOW HIRING FULLY REMOTE BILINGUAL HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES. The BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be FULL TIME / 40+ HOURS PER WEEK.

    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE COMPENSATION

    • The pay for this position is $17.50 per hour
    • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
    • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

    HOURS:

    • Schedules can vary drastically since we are 24/7 operation to include working weekends and holidays.

    • First 2 weeks will be 9:00am-6:30pm CT

    • Weeks 3-5 will be 11:30am-8:00pm CT

    • Must be flexible to work any hours whether morning, day, evening and overnight, weekends and holidays

    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE HIGHLIGHTS

    • 100% Fully remote!

    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Answer incoming healthcare contact center calls and route appropriately to clinical staff.

    • Gather and verify demographic information and document calls using standard computer software and systems.

    • Use tools and apply problem-solving skills to identify immediate caller needs, including potential crisis calls; escalate crisis calls according to standard operating procedures.

    • Use verbal communication strategies to effectively elicit information, gain confidence from caller and provide reassurance.

    • Answer inbound call and make outbound calls according to department policies and procedures.

    • Use active listening skills and interviewing techniques to accurately identify caller’s presenting concerns.

    • Identify and employ alternative approaches to communicate with callers when encountering barriers.

    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be Bilingual – Spanish
    • Call center or CSR experience – healthcare experience preferred
    • Must be flexible to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, Nights, and weekends
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Healthcare experience
