A&P Corporate Aircraft Mechanic

Job Summary:
Propel Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated A&P Mechanic to support our corporate aircraft maintenance operations in Miami. The ideal candidate will possess extensive hands-on experience with general aviation or corporate aircraft and will be responsible for performing inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on a variety of corporate aircraft (including but not limited to Cessna, Beechcraft, and Gulfstream models).
Conduct scheduled inspections and unscheduled repairs in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturers’ specifications, and company standards.
Troubleshoot airframe, powerplant, and electrical systems to determine root cause and corrective action.
Document all maintenance performed using proper logbook entries and company maintenance tracking systems.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Coordinate with parts and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of necessary components.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
Minimum 3 years of experience working on corporate or general aviation aircraft.
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance procedures.
Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience:
Experience on Cessna Citation, King Air, or similar aircraft.
Familiarity with CAMP, Corridor, or similar maintenance tracking software.
Previous experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment.
