    Multi-concept restaurant group based in Philadelphia, PA seeks an experienced full-time Culinary Director.

    Job title:

    • Culinary Director

    Compensation and benefits:

    • $95-110K salary
    • Bonus Pay (8% | OP 4%)
    • 401K (match)

    Schedule requirements:

    • Open availability
    • Weekends are a must
    • 55-65 hours per week

    Language requirements:

    • English
    • Spanish helpful

    Must have experience:

    • 3+ years of experience leading a large multi-concept organization in the food & beverage industry
    • Enforcing policies and procedures
    • Ordering, purchasing, receiving, and inventory
    • P & L management (meeting financial objectives and maximizing profitability)
    • Food safety knowledge (ServSafe certification preferred)
    • Menu development
    • Hiring BOH staff
    • Staff training and motivation
    • Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels)
    • Payroll
    • Managing 8 to 10 BOH teams

    High-level responsibilities:

    • Daily communication across teams (operations and management)
    • Maintain company culture and staff morale
    • Keep BOH operations running smoothly and efficiently daily
