    A1 Valet Trash was founded by Mike Dean & Chloe Dean in 2015 after seeing an opportunity in the market to provide value.

    A1 is a refreshing alternative to traditional providers, and takes pride in providing an extremely high level of service.

    DESCRIPTION: A1 Valet Trash, a rapidly expanding multifamily doorstep waste and recycling company, is looking for a sales driven executive located in Atlanta, GA. The position will report directly to the Director of Sales. The candidate should be a strong communicator, self-motivated, personable, innovative and adaptive to change. This person is responsible for cultivating new business and delivering results within TN, SC and GA.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Cultivate and secure new business with prospective customers in dedicated markets to drive revenue.
    • Rapidly build sales pipeline through new and existing industry relationships via cold calling, networking events, customer and prospective customer visits, and other lead generation techniques, resulting in achieving monthly closing goals.
    • Maintain weekly and monthly sales databases.
    • Capable of building out and execute a sales strategy for new market growth.
    • Preserve and grow relationships with current customers.
    • Be actively involved in industry associations and attend all major events.
    • Coordinate industry events and partnerships with other suppliers in the space.
    • Position may require some overnight travel to build in other markets.

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or similar field
    • Flexibility for some travel
    • Previous sales experience is preferred
    • CRM, Dropbox, and database site familiarity
