    Role Overview

    Aarki, is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development to spearhead our global partnership initiatives. This role is crucial in expanding our network of strategic alliances, optimizing revenue streams, and bolstering our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital advertising technology, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of forming impactful partnerships that drive company growth. This role will be based in San Francisco, CA.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, assess, and prioritize potential partnerships aligned with Aarki's strategic goals.
    • Develop a clear vision for partnership growth and market expansion.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations, including MMPs, SSPs, and Publishers, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
    • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans, including joint marketing campaigns and revenue-sharing agreements.
    • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnership initiatives, focusing on expanding market share and increasing client acquisition.
    • Work closely with the sales team to leverage partnerships in closing deals and maximizing upsell opportunities.
    • Expand Aarki's footprint in key markets and verticals through strategic partnerships.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities that enhance Aarki's competitive edge.
    • Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Aarki's business objectives and legal standards.
    • Establish and maintain robust performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate partnership effectiveness and ROI.
    • Act as a spokesperson for Aarki at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to showcase our partnership capabilities.
    • Develop thought leadership content and participate in panels to enhance Aarki's reputation as an industry leader in AdTech.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant work experience.
    • Minimum of 5-8 years in partnership management, business development, or related roles within the AdTech or digital advertising industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level external partners and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively across different departments.
    • Technical knowledge of ad tech tools and platforms, and an acumen for different aspects of digital advertising
    • Regulatory knowledge of data privacy and compliance management
    • Financial acumen to manage budgets related to partnership initiatives and analysis to assess ROI
    • Experience working closely with product development teams, and proven leadership skills in managing, mentoring, and developing the business development team.

    The total compensation for this role is between $165,000 - $200,000

    This salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation for this position. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.
