We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and provide direct ABA services to support children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will work one-on-one and implement a behavior support plan designed by a BCBA clinician. These support plans are developed to address the child's specific needs including behavior management, social skills, and independence. This position is based out of our Shrewsbury and Worcester clinics and you could be scheduled to work with clients at either clinic and/or in client homes in the surrounding areas.
At Autism Allies, we stand apart by offering meaningful career development opportunities including access to research initiatives, continuing education, and clear paths for advancement. We’re committed and always ready to explore new ideas that advance the science and practice of the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Our team is supported by two doctorate-level BCBAs, who provide mentorship and guidance to help staff grow professionally. This commitment to personal and professional development is central to our mission and culture.
