    ABA Therapist Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team. The ABA Therapist will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing support and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

    ABA Therapist Responsibilities

    Implement individualized care plans designed by the BCBA, focusing on behavior management and skill acquisition.

    Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.

    Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behaviors.

    Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

    Collaborate with other professionals in the field of special education and behavioral health to enhance service delivery.

    Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data collected during sessions.

    Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.

    ABA Therapist Qualifications

    Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or those with developmental disabilities is preferred.

    Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and behavior management strategies.

    Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.

    Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

    Previous experience in special education or related fields is a plus.
