• Responsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. Keys daily worksheets to the general ledger system, ensures files are complete and maintained as needed, handles accounts payable duties, and assists accounting personnel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform accounting and clerical functions to support supervisors.
• Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and practicing and complying with all Company operating rules, policies and procedures

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS *

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills, recruiting,
• Computer knowledge and skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must adjust to changes in regular schedule to help coordinate and staff special events.
