    Job Description

    We are seeking a Call Center Telephone Operator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by professionally and promptly providing client and service information, taking messages - escalating calls to completion, resolving caller issues all while delivering EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIMES. (*We will train you) - WE HAVE HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ALL OPERATORS. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle heavy call volumes (with a computer)- customer calls, inquiries and emergencies
    • Professionally and Promptly provide information about the various companies, and services upon request
    • Troubleshoot and resolve caller issues and concerns and escalate calls accordingly based on the company instructions
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving companies, clients, and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Typing 40 wpm Minimum
    • Heavy Computer (data entry) knowledge and experience (MS)
    • Excellent English Speaking Voice and tone
    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to sit for long periods of time
    • Detailed oriented - ability to follow instructions correctly the first time
    • Team player
