    Job Description Summary

    healthcare sales representative who’s responsible for generating sales leads and memberships by nurturing productive relationships with senior citizens, key local community partners and senior-focused businesses to enroll new patients to ABUELITOS MEDICAL CENTER. The incumbent in this role arranges, designs and orchestrates sales events and develops fun and cost-effective techniques to keep senior participation and satisfaction high, in part to drive referral sales from satisfied patients to help fuel membership growth. He/She effectively communicates the ABUELITOS MEDICAL CENTER value proposition at all community events.

    Our Marketing Call Center is an important member of our Marketing team and will be focused on the patient growth of our primary care medical centers by completing outbound calls and participating in events to showcase the medical centers, services offered and create the choice to join us as a new patient.

    The MCR will use their knowledge of the company services and provide guidance on how to become our patient. A successful team member is polite, caring, and listens to best identify the center that best fits the potential patient.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Completes daily outbound call goals

    · Secures and schedules a minimum of 20 monthly events to identify potential new patients

    · Be engaging and persuasive and model exceptional customer service skills

    · Be knowledgeable about our medical centers and services

    · Be true to your word with strong and timely follow up

    · Be polite, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and adaptable to the needs of the organization

    · Be able to manage your time well to ensure completion of the day’s assignments

    · Be able to utilize the tools provided by the organization

    · Completes other tasks as assigned

    · Be able to succeed by showing strong results
