    Title: Counter Sales Associate

    Reports to: Branch Manager

    About the Position

    AC Pro is looking for counter sales associates who are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and who are eager to learn and grow in their careers.

    In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience every time they visit your store. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, takes pride in maintaining an inviting store presence, and draws satisfaction from helping customers find what they need, when they need it.

    Responsibilities

    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Provide exceptional customer service each and every time.
    • Build relationships with your customers, learn to anticipate their needs, and help make their jobs easier.
    • Effectively communicate the benefits of the products and services we offer.
    • Make product recommendations that will best fit the customers' needs.
    • Become familiar with our online store, products, and marketing programs.
    • Help create an inviting store presence by helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
    • Enter and process customer orders, quotes, returns, and transfers.
    • Help maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized showroom/warehouse.
    • Assist with pulling orders, loading/unloading, and maintaining an accurate inventory.
    • Basic housekeeping - sweep; dust; bathrooms; etc.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
    • Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Computer literate with the ability to pick up new computer software programs easily.
    • Able to work overtime and Saturday mornings.

    Schedule: Morning shift Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays, and overtime as needed

    Pay Range: $24.00- $28.00 per hour (DOE)
