Job Description

We’re seeking a talented ACD, Creative Technology to join our Growth Engine team - our centralized growth hub partnering with top creative agencies across Publicis Groupe (Leo Burnett, BBH, Fallon, Saatchi & Saatchi, to name a few) - where you’ll focus on creating exceptional creative technology and prototypes for pitches and new business needs. This role works closely with senior stakeholders across the Groupe, you’ll have support, mentorship, and growth opportunities as an important part of the PXP Creative team.

As a Creative Technologist, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including creative, strategy, design, production, and client services to investigate, conceptualize and deliver innovative world-class ideas for our prospective clients.

• Your role is hands-on, with a focus on conceptualizing, ideating, prototyping, designing, and building tech-based creative solutions in close collaboration with teammates of the Growth Engine Team.
• You will rapid-prototype both hardware and software solutions, quickly turning creative ideas into working prototypes for client pitches and internal reviews.
• You are a problem solver; your wealth of experience across different technical disciplines means that you can comfortably provide solutions through experimentation and pushing boundaries.
• You are ultimately a creative person, but engineering is one of your core skills. You should have experience or at least a great understanding of a wide array of technologies such as, but not limited to, web and mobile development, AR/VR, game engines, prototyping toolkits, conversational interfaces, and AI-driven creative solutions. Solid understanding of visual and experience design and tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as a Creative Technologist in a creative agency, production studio, or related environment
• A sense of aesthetics an appreciation of quality creative work
• Passion for existing, emerging, and future technologies
• Passion for creativity and new media arts (AI-based creativity, computational/generative design, physical installations)
• Hands on experience with emerging AI creative tools such as RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Elevenlabs, as well as large language models like Llama, Claude, ChatGPT 4.0, etc.
• Hands-on experience of developing for web including on desktop and mobile
• Experience creating front-end user experiences and app prototypes
• Ability to learn new technologies as you experiment with them for the first time
• Multi-talented with the ability and desire to leverage different skillsets on different projects
• Ability to collaborate with creatives, technologists, and other disciplines
• Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience participating in New Business Pitches
• Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $179,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
