    Job Description

    MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER

    As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our Marketing, Sales and CRM processes and strategies to life on the HubSpot platform, including the implementation of any connected applications. You’ll oversee our lead/database management and ensure effective, seamless sales and marketing program execution and automation. As the HubSpot expert, you’ll hit the ground running in creating efficient processes to utilize the systems to their fullest capabilities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for using data to determine where best to focus time and resources for process improvements. Using best practices, reporting, and analytics, this role will implement, execute, and iterate on programs to help turn leads into customers and help achieve our revenue targets.

     

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Manage technical aspects of key marketing and sales CRM systems (HubSpot, Google Analytics, PowerBI) used to generate, distribute, and report on full funnel performance and KPIs
    • Oversee and execute marketing and campaign reporting to understand attribution new/existing customers, spend, and ROI
    • Administer email creation and lead nurturing, workflow development, sales sequencing, and landing page creation.

    · Develop and maintain lead scoring and provide recommendations for optimization

    · Work cross-functionally with teams such as finance and IT to ensure data integrity, shared understanding, and consistency across the business and systems.

    · Use best practices to manage HubSpot, keeping portal and data clean, and customizing views, properties, workflows, etc.

    • Develop, execute, and optimize customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and lifetime value.

     

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

     

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or equivalent
    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least one year focused on marketing operations
    • Strong proficiency with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and CRM
    • Experience with a variety of reporting and data enhancement apps including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, and ZoomInfo preferred.
    • Preference given to candidates with strong data backgrounds
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent follow-up skills with great attention to detail and respect for deadlines
    • HubSpot Sales and Marketing certification strongly preferred
    • Basic HTML knowledge
