Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for traveling to client locations weekly, gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
• Make weekly visits to clients in multiple territories. Including but not limited to Beaufort, Hilton Head, Charleston and surrounding areas.
• Able to assist with incoming phone calls, booking orders and learning all customer service areas within the company.
• Manage and respond timely to emails after hours and occasionally on weekends.
• Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Manage and provide suggestions for improvement with current marketing strategies.
• Compile and present data to leadership weekly.

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• While the majority of your role will be traveling, some work will be performed from home and an office. A quiet home office space is a must!
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Work experience with successful results in Marketing preferred over a degree.
• We want to see your portfolio! Quality of the content is considered over quantity.
• Familiarity with data collection.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Must be able to acquire and maintain a Notary for the state of South Carolina. Company will pay expenses.
• Must be proficient with computers, technology and various software packages Including but not limited to Microsoft Office suite products, Google platform and products, Canva, Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, email and maintaining a calendar.
• Must be timely, reliable, cheerful, energetic and well organized.
• Able to manage customer escalations during off-hours and occasional weekends.
