    - Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agendas and materials preparation.
    - Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls.
    - Assist with data entry and file management to ensure accurate record-keeping.
    - Support various office and administrative functions, including project management assistance and event coordination.
    - Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
    - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in another relevant administrative support role.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with office productivity software.
