    Job Summary
    Wright Technical Services is proud to represent a highly respected SaaS Company, seeking a part-time consultant to be deployed at their Client, a small manufacturer (<100 employees). We are looking for an experienced ADP Consultant to work part-time to analyze and restructure our ADP Workforce Now system according to our unique business needs. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ADP WFN, and hands-on experience in configuring modules, including Payroll, PTO/Sick Accruals, Benefits Setup & Integration, Talent Management, Employee Self-Service, and others.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience as an ADP Workforce Now Consultant, HRIS Systems Administrator, or similar role, with expertise in all major ADP Workforce Now modules.
    • Demonstrated ability to customize, configure, and optimize ADP Workforce Now to fit unique company needs.
    • Strong understanding of payroll and benefits administration, including PTO and accrual policies.
    • Experience with talent management and employee self-service functionality within ADP Workforce Now.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and drive efficiency.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and train non-technical users.
    • A Bachelor’s degree and ADP Workforce Now certification are preferred

    Description

    • Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the company's current ADP Workforce Now setup, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to understand specific needs and customize ADP modules to enhance usability and functionality.
    • Reconfigure and optimize system modules, including:
      • Payroll: Set up and troubleshoot payroll processing, tax configurations, and general ledger integration.
      • PTO/Sick Accruals: Establish and adjust accrual policies and rules to ensure compliance and ease of use.
      • Benefits Setup & Integration: Configure benefit plans, open enrollment, and seamless integration with carriers.
      • Talent Management: Enable and refine modules for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
      • Employee Self-Service: Enhance the self-service portal for accessibility, usability, and employee satisfaction.
    • Conduct quality assurance and test configurations to confirm they meet the company’s requirements.
    • Provide insights on best practices and advise on any additional ADP WFN features that could benefit the company.
    • Train HR/ payroll staff on new configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth day-to-day use.
    • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
