Need Accountant with ADP and Tax filing experience. Salary : Depends on the Experience. Need to be Local to Dallas.
Overview This position will oversee the institute’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Systems will be reviewed for membership renewal, member engagement, etc. regarding the System Analyst role.
Essential Responsibilities:
Accounting Functions:
Accounts Receivable – invoicing, maintain filing, etc.
Accounts Payable – payments to 3rd parties, auditing of expense reports, etc.
Annual audit preparation
Preparation of monthly financial reports for the President, Board of Directors, and Finance Committee
Quarterly Sales Tax Reporting
Familiar with accounting software Quickbooks or similar software.
Collections
Human Resources (in support of the Office Manager)
Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
Keep track of time off on all employees (vacation and sick days)
Knowledgeable of Insurance and 401(k) benefits offered to employees
