    Job Description

    AECOM is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant to the People + Place Advisory.

PPA generates innovative solutions for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to local and national governments to essential providers of social infrastructure, such as universities, stadiums, hospitals, and transportation centers.

    The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

    • User research, survey production, data analysis, space programming and planning, visual communication, report writing, presentation preparation, workshop creation and facilitation, and strategy development.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to studio-building initiatives such as knowledge shares and internal initiatives.
    • Engage with clients effectively and be expected to deliver high-quality, professional work products for client use.
    • Support workplace engagements while also contributing to user experience initiatives across a range of industries.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to strategy development and/or design. (Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Real Estate, Economic Development, Business, Communication, Sociology, Anthropology, and organizational behavior or related field.)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with space planning and programming, design strategy, and/or conceptual design.
    • Experience with data analysis (qualitative and quantitative excel-based data).
    • Familiarity with organizational change management.
    • Strong writing skills.
    • Visual communications skills especially in producing infographics and conceptual illustrations.
    • Strong communication skills with expectation to participate in client engagements.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Virtual collaboration platforms, such as Miro and Mural, Space and building design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, Data analytics and visualization programs, such as PowerBI and Tableau.
