    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to join our team in Southern Utah. As an A&P Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various aircraft systems and components. The ideal candidate should have a solid knowledge of aircraft mechanics, possess excellent technical skills, and have a strong commitment to safety and quality.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot aircraft systems and components including engines, hydraulics, avionics, and electrical systems.
    - Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of aircraft models.
    - Repair or replace malfunctioning parts and equipment following aviation industry standards and regulations.
    - Test aircraft systems to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
    - Inspect and maintain aircraft documentation and records.
    - Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and practices throughout the maintenance process.
    - Collaborate with team members to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
    - Provide technical assistance and guidance to junior mechanics when needed.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Qualifications:
    - FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate is required

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed A&P Mechanic.

    - Pass DOT drug screen.

    - Have a clean work history with references.

    - Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints.
    - Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, aircraft components, and their maintenance requirements.
    - Proficient in using various hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer programs for aircraft maintenance.
    - Familiarity with FAA regulations and guidelines governing aircraft maintenance.
    - Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    - Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
    - Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    - R44 and Turbine Helicopter experience ( Bell 206 B,MD 500/530 and Airbus H125/AS350.) is a plus.

    - Avionics experience a plus
