Job Description
AHRC NYC is looking for a Full-Time Licensed Psychologist to diagnose or evaluate mental and emotional disorders of individuals and administer programs of treatment by performing the duties below as well as assist the Director of Psychological Services with various administrative and supervisory responsibilities as outlined below:
** SALARY : $90,000 - $100,000 per year....plus a low cost, comprehensive Benefit package...see Benefit information below.**
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : ** (Other duties may be assigned).
Conduct psychological assessments (cognitive, adaptive, and behavioral), interprets results and writes comprehensive reports
Collaborates with Medical Director and other specialists in developing and implementing treatment programs for clients.
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups
Monitor client progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Maintain detailed records and documentation of patient interactions and treatments
Provide consultation to other professionals supporting clients
Supervises psychology interns and postdoctoral fellows
** Productivity**
Every clinician will have a predetermined productivity expectation based on caseload requirements and/or other job responsibilities.
** Supervisory Responsibilities**
Directly supervises full time, fee-for-service and / or student interns as designated by the Director of Psychological Services
