We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI Innovator to join our dynamic team. As an AI Innovator at Cordova, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI innovation and guiding our clients in adopting AI solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, design AI strategies, and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities :

• AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, and design AI strategies that align with their goals.

• Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI technology trends and developments, and proactively identify innovative AI solutions that can benefit our clients.

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in AI.

• Solution Design: Lead the design of AI-powered solutions, including data collection, model development, and integration into client systems.

• Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks, and apply this expertise to solve complex problems.

• Project Management: Manage AI projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless execution of AI projects.

• Education and Training: Provide training and workshops to clients and internal teams to foster AI knowledge and adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven experience (X+ years) in AI strategy development, implementation, and consulting.

• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Proficiency in programming languages and familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with AI advancements.
