    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the research and development of our poker AI, with a focus on CFR and other cutting-edge algorithms.

    • Design and implement AI models that can be effectively integrated into our learning platform.

    • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to align AI capabilities with user needs and product goals.

    • Stay at the forefront of poker AI research, constantly exploring new techniques to improve our technology.

    • Publish research findings in academic journals and represent PokerSkill at industry conferences.

    • Mentor and guide junior team members in AI development and best practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.

    • Deep expertise in game theory, reinforcement learning, and specifically counterfactual regret minimization.

    • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, with experience in AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

    • Proven track record of research publications or significant contributions to AI projects, ideally in the poker domain.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about complex challenges.

    • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Passion for poker and a desire to innovate in poker education (playing experience is a plus but not required).
