Role & Responsibilities:

AI Development & Implementation

Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven automation solutions for investigative workflows.

Develop custom AI models and integrations for KENTECH’s SaaS platforms.

Work with third-party AI solutions (OpenAI, AWS AI, Google AI, Azure AI) to enhance automation.

System Integration & API Management

Ensure seamless AI integrations with case management, CRM, and HRIS systems.

Manage API connections and troubleshoot integration issues.

Automate manual workflows using AI, NLP, and RPA technologies.

Security & Compliance (Key Legal Requirement)

Ensure AI solutions comply with GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, and other relevant data protection laws.

Follow KENTECH’s data security protocols, ensuring no unauthorized data storage or transfer.

Work within KENTECH-approved cloud environments for AI development and integration.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

Test and optimize AI accuracy, efficiency, and model performance.

Provide ongoing support, updates, and documentation for AI solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Technical Expertise:

3+ years of AI/ML experience with tools like TensorFlow, OpenAI, PyTorch, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI.

Proficiency in Python, R, or JavaScript for AI development.

Experience with API integrations, automation scripting, and enterprise AI deployment.

✔ Soft Skills & Compliance Knowledge:

Strong understanding of global data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

Excellent communication and documentation skills for working with remote teams.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI solutions independently.
