    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as an AM Server in Fort Worth, United States, where you'll play a crucial role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As part of our morning service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers start their day with impeccable service and delicious meals.

    • Greet and seat guests promptly, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere
    • Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining a consistently heartfelt and high-quality service.
    • Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling unique menu items.
    • Take and accurately input food and beverage orders into the POS system
    • Serve meals and drinks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
    • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
    • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
    • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation
    • Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times
    • Assist in opening procedures and breakfast setup
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice or hospitality industry
    • Strong knowledge of food and beverage, with a focus on breakfast and brunch items
    • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
    • Basic math skills for handling bills and payments
    • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
    • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Texas
    • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications, such as food handler's permit and alcohol service certification
    • Team player with a collaborative attitude
    • Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
