Tantísimo is a Latin American farm-to-table café and restaurant in Sylvan Park. We offer a rotating seasonal menu blending Middle Tennessee’s best produce and proteins with authentic Latin American cuisine, an all-Latin American wine program, dedicated espresso program, thoughtful agave list, and Latin inspired cocktail menu.

Our café operates from 7am-2pm and our restaurant from 5pm-10pm Tuesday-Sunday. We are committed to both the guest and employee experience. Our ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, has a passion for hospitality, and the desire to grow their knowledge. While our positions can be divided into Front of House and Back of House, the guest experience is a shared responsibility for everyone who works in our house. All members of the house are a team and should expect to collaborate duties as such

AM Server- Our AM servers function as a team to run the floor during our café hours. In addition to tableside service, our AM team will work with the AM Manager to seat guests and help takeout service. Ideal candidates are able to work in a fast-paced environment and work neatly as they flow through the restaurant.

Minimum 1 year experience serving

ABC certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of hire

Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50lbs

Some hosting experience a plus
