    We are looking for an experienced personal injury legal assistant to support our busy attorneys and paralegals at our law firm. You'll be in charge of managing office correspondence, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling meetings and travel, and informing our legal team of looming deadlines. You'll also order medical and billing records and submit paperwork electronically in state and federal courts. This role will conduct further legal research as attorneys and paralegals desire. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: • Handle new client intake calls • Manage phone calls • Maintain intake spreadsheets • Manage emails, faxes, scans • Manage calendars • Scan mail • Handle incoming and outgoing mail • Assist with meetings • Prepare letters and other correspondence • Build strong rapport with potential clients Qualifications: • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times • Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in personal injury law firm performing administrative tasks • Candidates must have worked with legal software, case management, and docketing programs • Proficient with MS Office products Compensation: $42,000 - $53,500 yearly
