Job Summary We are seeking a AMFT/ APCC to join our team! In this role, you will complete clinical evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
Perform intake assessments
Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, and families
Create individualized treatment plans for each client
Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
Masters degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
Working towards obtaining California license for LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized
